Mommy Brag Moment, and Check out Logan’s new shirt!

First, I have to brag on my boy a minute. =)

We had Logan’s reading level tested this morning to see where he is at.

Background: He will be turning 6 years old next month. We are in our last weeks of finishing up 1st grade (we homeschool).

He tested at a mid-2nd grade reading level! I am SO very proud of him, and so relieved to have confirmation that what we are doing at home is working. I knew he was doing well, and friends and family remind me of it, but it’s nice to hear it from someone whose job it is to test these things.

Ok, enough of that. Check out this shirt my aunt sent Logan. She sent Erik a matching one, but he has to grow some more before he’ll fit into it.
Pretty sweet huh?! She finds some cool things! She sent these PacMan ones for the boys last year.
(Yes, that’s a bald spot on Logan’s head. Self inflicted with the hair clippers while dad was cutting his hair.) And wow, they grow so much in a year! Crazy!
Thanks Aunt Deb!
