Delicious Dish Tuesday: Herbed Green Beans

Welcome to another Delicious Dish Tuesday, a blog hop for and about delicious food!

I have 2 favorite dishes after visiting last week’s contributors to Delicious Dish Tuesday! The first is Dry Rubbed Oven Baked Pork Spare Ribs from A Girl Worth Savin’! We love ribs, and my husband has an amazing rub recipe, but I’m always up for trying a new one!

Next is Baked Chicken Fries from New Orleans Girl’s Lagniappe.  I’m all about easy recipes, and this one has just 5 ingredients and it’s a Weight Watcher friendly recipe. I have a lot of friends and family doing Weight Watchers, and it’s great to have a yummy recipe they can eat!

This week I have a super yummy, EASY (you know I love easy!) side: Herbed Green Beans! This was a delicious and welcomed change to the way we used to eat green beans.  Not only is this better because it uses fresh green beans rather than canned, but it has a great mix of flavors with the beans, sugar, shallots and lemon. SUPER YUM!
This is an old, horrible picture, but I can’t find the recipe card (or the recipe online), and I haven’t taken a picture of it recently. I’m also reminded what a horrible photographer I am, (and lazy too, looking back at this old post)!
