After visiting last week’s contributors to Delicious Dish Tuesday, my favorite recipe is Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, from Haphazard Homestead blog!
Just tonight we were in need of ranch dressing for our pizza (I SLAVED over dinner tonight! HA!), but we were out of the Hidden Valley Ranch packets I usually use. My husband and kids didn’t let me forget how much better the pizza would have been if I’d have remembered the ranch!! I’m going to forget buying more tomorrow and try this recipe out!

This week I am going to stick with the ‘ranch’ theme, and share a delicious recipe for Ranch Potato Salad! I saw this recipe on an episode of Cook’s Country (LOVE that show!) and had to try it. We love cilantro (I add it to so many of my recipes!) and we also love a bit of kick in our food. Roasted red peppers contribute to the spiciness in this recipe, and really make a nice change to your traditional potato salad. Whenever I make potato salad, I use this recipe. It is amazing!
