After visiting last week’s contributors to Delicious Dish Tuesday, I have two favorite recipes! The first is Homemade Coffee Frappuccino, from Some Call It Natural!

And Broccoli and Cheese Mini Quiche, from The Pistachio Project!
I always thought I hated quiche. Even the name sounds kinda icky to me. But recently a friend of mine made quiche for her kids’ birthday party, and it was SO good! I’m so happy to have this yummy recipe now so I can make it- Plus, the kids will love their own personal size quiche too!

This week I want to share a fabulous recipe for Chicken Waldorf Pitas! This is an old recipe I got from my mom, who used to make them for us when we were kids. This is the perfect warm weather dinner, since it’s cool and refreshing, but tastes great for any time of year! (As you can see, most of my food posts are very old, and very horribly photographed… Hoping to be posting lots more new recipes soon, with much better- though still not professional- photos! LOL!)
Adding a second hummus recipe to this week's mix. Thanks for hosting!
