Delicious Dish Tuesday recipe link up: Pumpkin Harvest Cinnamon Chip Cookies

Photobucket
Welcome to another Delicious Dish Tuesday, a blog hop for and about delicious food!

This week I am sharing my recipe for Pumpkin Harvest Cinnamon Chip Cookies.  Seems I’m all about the sweets this late at night, so yes, you’re getting another cookie recipe out of me this week. 🙂  These are a fantastic, moist cookie that taste even better than they sound!  The pecans in it add a fantastic crunch as well!

After visiting last week’s contributors to Delicious Dish Tuesday, my favorite recipe is Baked Apples and Pears, from A Gluten Free Journey!

I’m always a fan of a simple, tasty and sweet dish!  This is a great, easy way to cook up those apples and pears! As mentioned in the comments on her original post, it would be a delicious pie filling too!

Now it’s your turn!

  1. Those cookies sound awesome Alesha! I'll have to dig through my freezer and see if I have any frozen pumpkin…if not, I'll have to remember these for this fall! 🙂

  2. Oh those sounds delicious. I love anything with pumpkin!

  3. Those look awesome!

  4. Hi, just to let you know that I added this post to StumbleUpon for you. Someone did this for my corned beef post and its page views just shot up. I hope that works for you too.

If it does, and you want to, you could like one of my posts that you liked in StumbleUpon too – but you do have to register with them (it's free) and then download their toolbar or click the SU button I have now put at the bottom of most posts – probably too much hassle.

    Thanks for following Carole's Chatter
