Pinypon Dolls and our #PinyponParty

Pinypon dolls and accessories are the newest hit around our house. Pinypons are mini-dolls who love fashion, accessories and the newest hairstyles. Shopping is one of their favorite things to do! Each Pinypon friend is interchangeable; You can mix and match everything – dresses, accessories, hairstyles and even faces, for tons of fun!

We recently had the chance to host a Pinypon Party with a handful of Brooke’s friends.  Since Brooke is homeschooled most of her friends are friends from church, so to make it easy for all of us we had the party at church on Sunday afternoon.  We told the girls we’d be having a special party with them, but none of the girls knew exactly what they’d be doing.  They were thrilled when I pulled out all of the goodies; 12 assorted Pinypon dolls and 2 Pinypon caravans, and 2 Nenuco dolls.  When they found out they’d get to choose a Pinypon doll to keep, and that one of them would get to take home one of the Pinypon caravans and another would get to take home a Nenuco doll, they were thrilled!

After each of the girls chose the Pinypon they wanted, they had a blast playing with and trading the different pieces.  Each Pinypon doll comes with a few pieces to accessorize with, and the dolls come apart in pieces- hair, head, upper body, and lower body.  Since they are all interchangeable they can be traded to create a one-of-a-kind doll.

Even the head has a face on both sides, so you can switch the look!

I asked each of the girls to name their doll, and some of the names were quite creative:

I got out the caravan and all of the pieces and let them all play together.

The caravan comes with quite a few items, including a lounge chair, picnic table with accessories such as cups, utensils, plates, crazy straws (yes, I said crazy straws), etc.  Some of the pieces are crazy small.

The caravan comes apart and folds open in certain spots, allowing for further play.  For instance, the top comes off, and when flipped over becomes a boat with a slide! There is a shower which works with real water- a fun feature Brooke is loving!

It comes with a ton of stickers that have to be put on it.  This was a bit daunting for me, but I let Brooke do the ones that were ‘extras’ meant to be placed wherever and she loved it.

The girls had a blast; Some enjoyed playing with the surfboards, some with the shower, and others just couldn’t get enough of the dolls!

They loved that the pieces were interchangeable, that the pieces could be stored in their heads, and that they could fit in their pockets and be taken with them wherever they went!

The super cute Nenuco New Born Makes Bubbles doll was also a hit.  The winner of the doll had her out of the package before I could blink, and in no time was showing it to the other girls.  This baby comes with a pacifier, bottle and potty.  When she drinks out of the bottle, she wets her diaper.  You can also place her over the toilet when she wets.  Squeeze her arm and she blows bubbles too!

Thanks for the fun MommyParties! I know a handful of girls who will be loving their newest Pinypon dolls in their stockings come Christmas morning!

I received the above mentioned products for review and party purposes thanks to MomSelect and MommyParties.  Regardless, all opinions are my own.

  1. I had never heard of these before, but they seem pretty cool. My daughters are still a tad young for them with some of those crazy small pieces, but I definitely will keep them in mind for birthday presents for nieces and cousins!

  2. I know some little girls that would love those too. Thanks for sharing. Will have to keep my eye out when black friday shopping.

  3. I think some of those parts would still be too small for my 2 year old, but I know my 6 year old niece would LOVE them!

  4. Wow, cool! I’ve never even heard of those before. My girls would’ve gone NUTS over them! lol I bet the whole line is fun! So nice the girls got to go home with goodies!

  5. Oh those are neat, I have not seen those around here! Thanks for the review.
