We love to make potatoes with dinner. Potatoes are cheap and tasty and there’s so many ways to make them! We especially love love love our mashed potatoes. Not long ago we’d just make the “traditional” mashed potatoes, but then we remembered some amazing horseradish mashed potatoes we’d had from a restaurant once. Of course we had to try to make them, and we haven’t gone back. No more “traditional” for us baby- Let’s get spicy!! Here’s how to make them:

I am always afraid of horseradish recipes because i think the kids won’t like it. They sound good to me though!
What an interesting twist on mashed potatoes! They’re usually so bland, I’ll bet horesradish would be fantastic.
My husband would love this! I bet they have a great little “zip” to them. Yum!
Thanks for the recipe! My mom loves mashed potatoes so this would be a nice variation to try to make
