Wordless Wednesday- Blooms

This is another plant that blooms in our front yard.  Love it!


(PS- For those who asked what kind of plant my Butterfly Flower WW post was, I’m told it’s a Bird Of Paradise.  I’m not sure they all bloom like that though. Guess we got a good one!)

  7. Beautiful! Wish my roses would start blooming already, and my gardenias. Guess I’ll just have to be content with the fact that my chickens are finally laying eggs again!!

  9. Hmm. That other one isn’t the Bird of Paradise I grew up with in Hawaii. Still pretty, though!

  17. WOW! That’s not blooming NOW, is it?!? So lucky! Man I am living in the wrong part of the states!

  18. What a lovely thing! You’re very fortunate. Here we are still in late winter. The snow drop shoots are up and in bud and there are primulas skirting the edges of sheltered flower beds but it’ll be a while yet before we see blooming shrubs.
