For Bread
  1. 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1 cup vegetable oil
  4. 2/3 cup water
  5. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  6. 2 1/2 cups sugar
  7. 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  8. 2 teaspoons baking soda
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  10. 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  11. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  12. 1 teaspoon allspice
  13. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
For Glaze
  1. 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  2. 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 8.5 x 4 x 2.5 inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, vanilla and sugar until well blended.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and ground cloves until well combined.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Combine glaze ingredients, heat in microwave for 10 seconds, mix and drizzle over cooled bread.

      No, it shouldn’t be SUPER thick… Did you make sure it was the small, 15oz can of pumpkin?
