I grew up on casseroles and I love them. My husband isn’t always a huge fan, though, so I don’t make them often. One day I found a recipe in one of our cookbooks that I could adapt to our liking, and although it was a casserole we all really loved it.  I hope you’ll try this Spinach and Chicken Mostaccioli Casserole and let me know what you think!
