Last week Katie from My Half Assed Kitchen shared a recipe for Poop Muffins. Yes, you read that right. Gross as it sounds, it does NOT in fact have ‘poop’ as an ingredient. 😉 The main ingredient in these is bran flakes, so you can imagine why they’re called Poop Muffins. You have GOT to go read her post, even if you’re not a fan of bran muffins. It’ll make you cry laughing. As for me, I love bran muffins so I’m stoked to have her recipe (though I love honey with mine and will probably modify it a bit to be sure I get that tasty honey I love).
One of my favorite muffin recipes is for my Peppermint Mocha Muffins. If you’re not a fan of peppermint (or feel that’s a bit too “Winterish” for this Spring day), I also have a Mocha Chip Muffin recipe that’s pretty amazing!
