Last week Carly from Carly Blogs Here shared a recipe for Baked Crispy Zucchini.
I love the fried zucchini sticks that you find on the appetizer menu at restaurants, so I know this healthy version has to be amazing! Carly suggests eating these as a snack when you’re craving something crunchy. Since they’re baked (and they’re zucchini!) they’re definitely a far healthier snack than most I’d probably grab. Can’t wait to try these!

It wasn’t until I was in my 20’s that I learned I liked zucchini, and now I can’t get enough of it. I love to make this Zucchini and Onion Medley as the vegetable side dish for our meals. It’s so easy!
