I’m thrilled to see that so many people still shared great recipes on Mary’s DDT post, and though it was tough to choose just one to feature, I finally decided my favorite was this Apple Butter Yogurt Cheesecake recipe shared by Farrah from Fairyburger.

Not only do I love cheesecake, I love salted caramel. So of course I had to make a Salted Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake! This goes great with a cup of coffee!

  2. I have never made a cheesecake, but have the spring form pans and everything! It is a bit intimidating! Your salted caramel looks delicious though!! Thanks for sharing and I may have to try one day…just bite the bullet.

    • It’s actually SO much easier than you’d think. And since you have the pans you should try it… You don’t want those poor pans to feel sad about being unused, right? πŸ˜‰ My recipe seems long, but really it’s not that long… Just looks long since there are separate ingredients and instructions for the crust, filling, and caramel. πŸ˜€
