Last week Jamie from Snap Ginger shared a recipe for Quinoa Salad. Quinoa is a food I’ve fallen in love with, but I’ve made very few recipes with it. I can’t wait to try this recipe!
While I haven’t made many different recipes using quinoa, I HAVE made one recipe a LOT- Honey Garlic Chicken & Quinoa! The kids actually prefer having the chicken over rice, but they’ll eat the quinoa if I don’t give them another option… 😉
