Last summer I had the opportunity to work with Hostess to create a new recipe using Twinkies. Bloggers and fans alike submitted recipes to Hostess for a chance to have their recipe published in the upcoming cookbook to celebrate 85 years of Twinkie. I came up with a delicious No-Bake Twinkie Turtle Cake recipe and submitted it, then sat back and waited anxiously for any word.
A few months later I heard I was selected as a finalist and took a call from someone at Hostess about my recipe. Then I sat back and waited again. And waited. And waited. And waited. And then yesterday I received an email that they had chosen my recipe as one of 25 new recipes in the cookbook! SO SO EXCITING!!
I can’t wait to receive my copy of the cookbook and see my recipe in print, as well as the 24 other amazing new recipes being shared in this cookbook. Aside from these 25 new recipes, the cookbook has a collection of the best recipes from the first Twinkies cookbook.
