So last week I shared my excitement that it’s finally Fall, despite our warm weather here in Arizona. This week it’s felt a bit more like Fall, however, as we’ve finally gotten a bit of rain and cooler temperatures! I’m loving it! With it being Fall AND being rainy, I’ve been craving soup. Last week Julie from Running in a Skirt blog shared her recipe for 30-minute Tomato Quinoa Soup. If this isn’t the perfect recipe to add to my menu plan and satisfy my craving, I don’t know what is!

I love tomato soups of any kind (especially with a grilled cheese sandwich)! My Tomato Basil Soup is one I make on a regular basis because it’s so darn good!
