Last week Julie from Running In A Skirt shared her Healthy Honey Mashed Potatoes recipe. Listen, this time of year we’re pretty much all into healthier meal options, and you can’t beat a good mashed potato recipe. This is perfect!! I personally am always looking for new healthy recipes to serve my family, so I am especially stoked about this one. Plus, it uses sweet potatoes (my favorite)! YUM!!

My husband is a fabulous cook, and when we first got married I think he was surprised to find out just how little cooking I actually knew how to do. Even the “easy” things were completely new to me. He taught me how to make mashed potatoes and this is pretty much the recipe I use every time because it is SO good (if you like horseradish). 😉 Check out these Horseradish Mashed Potatoes (which will be photo-less because it’s an old photo and it bites). Time to update!
