I don’t know how the weather has been where you live, but here in Phoenix it’s been H-O-T! We have been breaking records and this weekend we’re supposed to break more, with temperatures up to 120 degrees on Saturday! EEK! It’s important to stay hydrated, but sometimes we need a different cool, refreshing drink besides water. What’s more healthy AND refreshing than a fruit smoothie?!
