BBQ Hamburgers

Serves: 6-8
  • 3 pounds of ground beef
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite!)
  • 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and lightly mix until combined
  2. Form patties to your desired size (remember it will shrink down a bit when it cooks) handling the meat as minimally as possible. (Too much handling causes poor consistency and can make the burger mushy)
  3. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, until well done (less if you want your burger more rare)
