Made In America Sponsor Spotlight: The Wish Kingdom *Upcoming giveaway!*

When searching for baby clothes made in America, I ran across The Wish Kingdom.  I was immediately drooling over the outfits on the site.  I was thrilled when I had the chance to speak over the phone with Robin, owner and creator of The Wish Kingdom, about the Made In America event!  Here is a bit about her company…

Wish Kingdom is a line of coastal inspired linens for your little ones. Living on Singer Island, you can’t help but be influenced by the colors, scenery and, of course, Lilly Pulitzer. Yes, Palm Beach is the next island over! After living here for a few years, I found it difficult to find elegant baby gifts with a coastal feel. That is how Wish Kingdom evolved. Using my surroundings for inspiration and design background, I began creating gifts for friends and family. Wish Kingdom is made from the finest cotton fabrics and trims, and is manufactured here in the United States. All items are pesticide and formaldehyde free. Each applique’ is cut and sewn by hand, so no two are alike. Thus, each piece is special and unique for you and your baby. If you do not see a design on the site, just email your request.

I have spoken over email with many reps from companies, but this is the first time I’d spoken over the phone with a business owner. It was truly a pleasure. Robin is such a sweet person, and she is working hard to make her business grow while still keeping true to her desire to keep her products American made.
Her items are sewn by work-at-home-moms as well as in regular production.  She personally inspects each item to be sure the quality in the sewing is perfect! The fabrics she uses are not treated with any pesticides or formaldehyde- making them safe for baby!- and they’re made with high quality, 300 thread count, 100% cotton!
The Wish Kingdom sells blankets, burp cloths, pillows, and apparel for boys and girls.

Here are a few of my favorites from her site:

At The Wish Kingdom, each item can be personalized to your liking, from changing the applique to adding your child’s name on it! Many of the items match other items available on the site, allowing you to create a custom gift set based on your needs and desires!  Want a cute outfit with a matching burp rag and blanket? No problem!  Rather have a pillow with a matching blanket? No problem!

The Wish Kingdom is so amazing, they were even featured in a recent Magic Beans magalog!

I was so excited to have a chance to review one of her adorable outfits for Connor!  I chose the Navy Check Shortalls with the shark applique. Since he is in between sizes now, I got him the larger size to be sure he would be able to wear them for a bit. Doesn’t he look adorable?

The quality of this is amazing, and we couldn’t be more pleased.  Connor loves it too!  When he was watching us all get ready for church on Sunday, he went and grabbed the shortalls and brought them to me for him to wear!  I’d say that speaks volumes, no?

Have you ever had an outfit for your child that had an applique on it, but the inside of the outfit was rough and scratchy from the applique? We have, and more often than not the outfit never gets worn because of the discomfort it causes. The Wish Kingdom’s outfits have backing on the inside, so there are no rough edges on baby’s delicate skin!

Aren’t the items at The Wish Kingdom just perfect?!  Would you like a chance to have something from The Wish Kingdom?  Well you’re in luck! Robin has generously offered one winner a Chambray Blanket with applique of choice, AND personalization!  “Like” The Wish Kingdom on Facebook to get a head start on your giveaway entries!
