Celebrating Friends- Final Day: More amazing Blogging Friends

Wow, we’re at the last day already! This week of Celebrating Friends has gone fast, but it’s been nice to celebrate the friendships that are a blessing in my life, and to read some of my friends’ Celebrating Friends posts too! Thanks for joining in girls!

For this last day, I want to share some more of the blogging friendships I have in my life. I never could have imagined that, through blogging, I’d find so many great ladies to call friends.

The first friend I made through blogging was Felicia from Go Graham Go.  I commented on one of her recipe posts, she kindly responded, and we kept chatting after that.  I felt so special, having a blogger whose blog I loved actually respond to one of my comments, let alone continue to chat with me! After speaking for a while, sharing our faith and prayer requests, she asked me to be a reviewer for her blog.  I was so excited, not only to be able to do a few reviews and help her, but mostly that she thought enough of me to ask, and to be associated with such a successful blog that I enjoyed so much!  We ended up getting pregnant at the same time with our last babies, and Connor was born just 5 days after her sweet Davis was born.  Felicia has been another great friend, someone I know I can count on for prayers and kind words, and I value her friendship.  Hopefully someday we’ll meet in person!

Through blogging I have also met a great group of girls (my “besties”) who I chat with and catch up with on a daily basis.  I feel blessed for this because, after a few years of blogging, I had heard many horror stories about how some other blogging women are/have; attitudes, snottiness, backstabbing, ganging up against others, and jealousy.  I have witnessed a bit of it from time to time and been saddened and appalled, but have been thankful to find this great group of girls who really is totally supportive of one another. We celebrate each other’s victories, share ideas and thoughts, answer questions and offer suggestions, share frustrations with life and joys of life, etc.  They really are such a great support, and I enjoy their friendships.  I have gotten closer with a handful of them, but they each hold a special place in my heart.  I’m hoping to meet these girls in person someday too! Check out my button love to see some of these bloggers, as well as a handful of others I love too!

Now it’s your turn! Grab a button and link up below so we can come see the special person who has made a difference in your life!
