Recipe: Chicken Waldorf Pita Pockets

Chicken Waldorf Pita PocketsI could be a pretty picky eater as a kid, but this was one of the recipes my mom made that I couldn’t get enough of. I loved it. I have no idea where she got this recipe from, but even as an adult I still can’t get enough. My husband is not a big fan of “sweet chicken”, and though he will eat it he’d prefer I make it for lunches when he’s not joining us… So I do! πŸ™‚ My kids love when I make this recipe and there are rarely any leftovers; plus, it’s a nice change from our usual lunches.
