I can’t get enough of easy sandwiches lately, and we’ve been having them at least twice a month for dinner (not even counting our lunches and breakfasts… Yes, breakfast sandwiches are amazing too)! I was excited to see Stephanie from An Education in Domestication share her Caprese Sandwich recipe with us last week! It’s so simple and looks SO delicious, doesn’t it?!  All that mozzarella… Drooling!

  1. That pesto chicken sandwich looks delicious! What a great lunch option for me!

  2. Julie Wood says

We make sandwiches all the time, and we love Chicken sandwiches, and your easy Chicken Pesto sandwiches look so delicious! I will have to try and make these.

  3. These sandwiches would be so easy to make. I like that the recipe calls for Chunk Chicken-Breast drained. This would make a great meal for Lunch or Dinner.
